Sometimes a couple is so amazing together, and so adorable, gorgeous, and fun, that when the time comes around to share a blog post from their shoot, it is nearly impossible to decide on which photos to post!
I mean, nearly impossible like I am embarrassed for anyone to know how long it took me to choose (almost as long as it takes me to choose my dinner from the menu on a date night, but that’s a different issue altogether). These are the moments that make me so happy to do what I love as a wedding photographer, and so excited about being a part of a future wedding day! Just spending time with a couple and getting to know their style and personality makes such a difference in preparing for their special day. We cross the line from being just clients & photographer to being friends. And I love that about the awesome couples I get to serve.
Starting at the Malbis Community Center on a beautiful sunshine-y afternoon was the perfect way to begin this romantic and super fun Eastern Shore engagement session for Heather & Sam! Historic Malbis is one of my favorite venues, so I was excited that Heather wanted to use the old nursery for part of their session. A quick trip to downtown Fairhope and sunset at Daphne Bayfront Park made everything perfect. Now after spending an afternoon with these two, I have zero doubts that their wedding this December is going to be incredible! They seem to be made just for each other and I think it definitely shows in the photos we got that day!
